Wow, time seems to be speeding up. We got a call yesterday that our furniture is in (yes, again, lets hope it's right this time!) so we are in high gear trying to clean out the media room so it can be transformed into baby dream land :).
After almost killing each other we finally decided on a name, yay! Don't let anyone tell you this is a glamorous process... it's tough to make such a big decision !
I also got my 16 week email update this morning:
16 weeks pregnant
Your baby's about the size of an avocado now but in the next three weeks, he'll go through a tremendous growth spurt — doubling his weight and increasing his length. In the meantime, he'll be playing with his umbilical cord and practising breathing. You're going through a bit of a growth spurt yourself. Your uterus has expanded so much that the ligaments in your abdomen are stretching to make room for it. If you feel any twinges of pain now, that's why.
Here is a photo from our 4D ultrasound this weekend, he looks a little like an alien, but it was nice to see the growth progression since last time we saw him he looked like a peanut with a heartbeat !
